Survey Blocks
Survey and feedback blocks built on shadcn/ui's Questionnaire primitive: multi-question product surveys, an NPS scale with number-key shortcuts, a cancellation exit survey in a dialog, an inline was-this-helpful widget, a full-page one-question-per-screen flow, and a branching qualification survey. Progress, validation, and keyboard support are handled by the primitive.
